Cancellation and Refund Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all products and services offered by Rudragemz. By engaging with our products or services, you agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy. Customers are allowed to cancel their order or service within 2 hours of the purchase or reservation date to be eligible for a refund as Rudragemz get energize their products before shipping.

Refunds for cancellations made within the specified 2-hour period will be issued to the customer's wallet. Refunds to the customer's wallet will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the approval of the cancellation request. Cancellations made after the 2-hour period will not be eligible for a refund to the wallet.

To initiate a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via [email/phone]. Please provide your order number when requesting a cancellation.

Rudragemz reserves the right to cancel an order or service for reasons including, but not limited to, unforeseen circumstances, unavailability of products or services, or violation of terms.

Customers will be notified promptly of any changes to the cancellation policy.
